BCC's operations are gradually focused on certain areas of expertise, which would become the Company's market niche and hence source of revenue in the medium-term. BCC continues to critically analyze market trends and examine evolving global and regional economic situation from a sectoral perspective. The Company therefore has chosen to focus its activities on the energy sector at-large, both upstream and downstream energy applications, as well as exploitation of natural resources which covers mining, all with a regional focus on the MENA region. This business strategy is reflected on the Company's approach to building in-house expertise and experience which would place BCC as a recognized regional investment bank and business developer specialized in these sectors. In the upstream sector, BCC is focused on oil & gas and natural recourses exploration, development, production and related services sector. While in the downstream sectors, the Company is focused on power generation, petrochemical and refining industries. BCC's operations cover the development of green-field projects, as well as the optimization of brown-field projects with respect to operational and energy efficiency.

Through increasing exposure to these highly specialized field of energy applications and the build-up of in-house expertise, BCC has developed extensive networking capabilities with renowned international institutions and companies who stand ready to extend technical back-up specific to downstream and upstream energy operations and exploitation of natural resources.

Capitalizing upon its intimacy with market players in its region, BCC is also actively sourcing deals for major international private equity funds; deals sourced by BCC are geographically originated across the entire MENA region.
